Added pytest and pytest-mock to requirements.txt for testing infrastructure. Created tests/ directory with comprehensive test coverage for: - Text cleaning functions (figure references, whitespace, line numbers) - Section extraction logic (abstract, claims, case sensitivity) All 8 tests passing.
