feat(schematic): assign SMD footprints to all passive components

Replace THT resistor footprints with 0805 SMD, assign 0805 caps for
small values, 1206 for 22uF bulk caps, SMD electrolytic for C3, Bourns
SRR1260 for L1, and QFN-20 for U1 TPS61088.
