Context

Roadmap reference: P3 -- Comparison view

Problem

Users analyzing competitive landscapes must manually switch between individual company reports to compare portfolios. A dedicated comparison view would make this much more useful.

Acceptance Criteria

  • A new Comparison page is accessible from the main navigation.
  • Users can select two companies to compare (from previously analyzed companies).
  • The view displays both portfolios side by side: patent count, innovation score, top technology categories.
  • Differences are highlighted visually (e.g., colour coding for the higher/lower value in each metric).
  • The comparison can be exported (ties into the export feature, can be tracked as a follow-on).
