Roadmap item: P3 - Patent trend charts

The Analytics page currently shows aggregate stats. Users want to see how a company's patent activity evolves over time.

What to do

  • Add time-series charts to the Analytics page showing patent filing frequency by year/quarter.
  • Add a chart showing technology category distribution over time (stacked bar or area chart).
  • Use the existing charting library (or add one such as Recharts or Chart.js if not present).
  • Ensure charts are responsive and accessible.

Acceptance criteria

  • The Analytics page shows at least two trend charts with real data.
  • Charts are labeled with axes and a legend.
  • Charts render correctly on mobile viewport widths.
