Description

The SPARC repo has no ROADMAP.md tracking application-level priorities. Infrastructure/deployment issues are tracked on the Talos repo, but application development (features, bugs, refactoring) should be tracked here.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Create ROADMAP.md with current project state
  • Identify P1/P2/P3 priorities for SPARC app development
  • Reference Talos repo for infrastructure/deployment issues
