ROADMAP.md Phase 4 line 32 referenced closed issue #174 (Add VIN Decoder metrics instrumentation). That work is done ✅. The remaining task — live cluster verification of the VIN Decoder metrics endpoint and ServiceMonitor — is now tracked by open issue #231. This PR updates the reference accordingly.\n\nCloses leeworks-agents/api-company#233
