Triage cycle for 2026-07-11.

  • 37 open agent-ready issues re-verified; all still gated on operator tasks (#47, #218, #33/#106/#150).
  • kustomize build flux/ = PASS (1648 lines).
  • Upstream 0xWheatyz/api-company still empty: true; no deployment PRs possible.
