Adds docs/cluster-audit.md covering all sections required by issue #26:

  • Nodes: 3x Talos control plane (10.0.1.3/4/5)
  • Namespaces: all active, staged, and planned namespaces
  • Ingress rules: all 8 leeworks.dev subdomains with TLS and deployment status
  • Flux sources/kustomizations/HelmReleases: READY state for each
  • NOT-READY objects: explicitly listed with the required human operator actions

Note: kubectl unavailable from agent container; data sourced from STATUS.md and flux/ manifests. Human operator should verify live cluster state.
