Final step from roadmap (Step 12). After deployment and SMOKE_TEST.md pass, verify full PWA experience on iPhone.

Depends on #158 and #93.

Acceptance Criteria: App installs to home screen in standalone mode, all views work on mobile touch, dark mode and safe area insets correct, service worker caches app shell.

Requires human tester with iPhone.
