Closes leeworks-agents/api-company#219

- Current Blockers item 8: removed P1 #187 and P1 #90 (both closed);
  replaced with P1 #218 (Operator: merge 0xWheatyz/Talos upstream PR #14
  to activate Flux GitOps for api-company)
- Critical Path item 2: updated from #90 reference to #218
