Purpose

The STATUS.md was last updated on 2026-05-28. Sprint planning has added new issues (#100–#107) and re-prioritized the backlog. A STATUS.md update is needed to reflect the current state and clearly communicate the critical path to the operator.

What to do

Update STATUS.md with:

  1. Current date header — _Last updated: 2026-05-29 (sprint planning cycle)_
  2. Critical path summary — the operator must complete these steps in order to unblock all agent work:
    1. Create 0xWheatyz/api-company repo (#47) — highest priority, unblocks everything
    2. Add api-company Flux source to Talos (#90) — needs Talos PR
    3. Create gitea-leeworks-agents-token secret (#76)
    4. Create gitea-runner-token secret (#77)
    5. Enable Gitea packages + DNS for registry.leeworks.dev (#4)
    6. All other secrets (#70, #73, #74, #79, #80, #81, #83) follow in order
  3. New issues created this sprint — #100–#107 summary
  4. Backlog size — 28 open issues; all blocked on operator Phase 0 actions
  5. Agent work that can proceed without operator — #102 (research log), #101 (pricing page), #107 (docs-site build verification)

Acceptance criteria

  • STATUS.md updated with current date and sprint summary
  • Critical path table updated with issue references
  • PR opens from leeworks-agents/api-company → 0xWheatyz/api-company
    (or if upstream still doesn't exist, commit to origin/main directly)
