Summary

Updates both top-level docs files to reflect the VIN Decoder sprint wave.

ROADMAP.md (closes #145)

  • Added top-level note: VIN Decoder is the 4th API, phases live in leeworks-agents/vin-decoder
  • Phase 1: added vin-decoder to API repos list
  • Phase 2: noted NHTSA vPIC as data source (issue #120)
  • Phase 3: noted VIN Decoder Fastify server (issue #121)
  • Phase 4: noted metrics instrumentation (issue #129) and Gatus check (issue #134 — closed)
  • Phase 5: noted docs page (issue #123 — closed) and SEO blog post (issue #124 — closed)
  • Phase 6: noted DNS vin.leeworks.dev (issue #130 — closed) and RapidAPI listing (issue #131 — closed as tracker)
  • Revenue table: updated to reflect 4 APIs

  • APIs table: added VIN Decoder row
  • Completed This Cycle: documented VIN Decoder wave #117–#141 with per-issue status
  • Blockers: added VIN Decoder P1 items (#120, #121, #127)
  • Flux Manifests: added vin-decoder to committed components list
