Roadmap reference

Recurring sprint tracking pattern. Follows #193 (2026-06-03 STATUS.md update).

What to do

After completing each sprint planning cycle, update STATUS.md to reflect the current state:

  1. Set _Last updated: date to 2026-06-04
  2. Add a ## Completed This Cycle (2026-06-04 — Sprint Planning Cycle) section documenting:
    • What was evaluated this sprint (ROADMAP cross-reference, issue triage, new issues created)
    • Outcome of sprint planning pass (issues created, re-prioritized, or closed)
    • Confirmation that kustomize build flux/ = PASS (run it)
  3. Update Current Blockers if any priority order changed
  4. Commit to a feature branch and open a PR

Sprint planning outcomes to document

  • ROADMAP cross-reference complete: all 18 unchecked items have corresponding open issues — no gaps
  • 1 new issue created: this issue (#TBD — STATUS.md update)
  • 0 issues closed (no stale issues; oldest open issue is #2 from 2026-05-18, only 17 days)
  • 0 label changes (all priority/complexity labels are correct)
  • Critical path remains entirely operator-gated; see Current Blockers in STATUS.md

Acceptance criteria
