Closes leeworks-agents/api-company#168

Changes

  • Updated datestamp to 2026-06-02
  • Fixed historical VIN Decoder sprint wave section: #120 and #121 now shown as closed ✅ (were "open, in progress")
  • Fixed "New Issues This Sprint" section: same corrections for #120 and [Phase 3] VIN Decoder: Fastify server implementation (#121)
  • Renamed old 'Completed This Cycle' headers to 'Completed Previous Cycle' for clarity
  • Added new 'Completed This Cycle (2026-06-02)' entry documenting this cleanup

Acceptance criteria met

  • STATUS.md Current Blockers list no longer mentions #120 or #121 as open items ✅ (already fixed in prior cycle #163/#164)
  • All historical sections corrected — no remaining 'open, in progress' references ✅
  • VIN Decoder Code column shows [x] ✅
