Changes

Implements issues #194 and #193 from the 2026-06-03 sprint planning cycle.

ROADMAP.md (issue #194)

  • Phase 0: Added Talos PR implementation reference (issue #187) alongside issue #2 entry
  • Phase 6: Added two new checklist items:
    • [ ] Execute pre-launch checklist before go-live — issue #166
    • [ ] Publish launch announcement (HN, Reddit, Twitter, Dev.to) — issue #167

STATUS.md (issue #193)

  • Added new Completed This Cycle section documenting this sprint (#193/#194)
  • Moved previous cycle to Completed Previous Cycle
  • Added #80 (gitea-image-automation-token) to Current Blockers ordered list (was missing, identified as key blocker for image automation)
  • Updated sprint summary counts

Validation

  • kustomize build flux/ = PASS (doc-only change, no manifest impact)
